90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Hissy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 90 days from the day you receive it to request a refund or a replacement.

How to request a refund
1. Email us at info@hissysnake.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps. If we need the item back, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Once your request is approved (or your return is received, if a return is required), we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.

Conditions
- Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, with all parts included.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Shipping Insurance is non-refundable.
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear after 90 days are not covered.

Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an extra 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Want a different bundle or color? Email us and we'll help you place the right order and refund the original one once it's returned.
